Ah, Alice, you are so awesome. I already thought I knew how to do this, but your photos and descriptions clarify things for me even more. You really need to be paid for all this good stuff...

Michelle ... That's the awesome thing about writing for sites like craftzine.com, they pay for content. :)

Never seen such a crystal clear thing for intarsia basics. Bow to your knack for explaining things.

Thank you not only for the very well explained tutorial, but especially for the very good and very close-up photos with 'normal' yarn and needles, not sock or cobweb, etc. So many online tutorials are nearly useless for choice of yarn/needles/ background.

Jessica-Jean ... Truth is I put a lot of thought into what colors of yarn would work well together and with the back ground AND the knitting needles. I'm so happy my thoughtfulness is appreciated. :) Thank you for the sweet comment.

Well - I did send you a big thank you by e-mail but here is another big thank you! This is a fantastic tutorial for those of us who are anxious to try but still feeling somewhat intimidated!

I am beginning to believe that you have never met Mr. Intimidate. I am amazed by all you conquer - intarsia, lace... and i bet it won;t be that long before you will be teaching us Swedish knitting!
